Lady Gaga Alejandro Music Video – Lady Gaga who put her Monster Ball Tour on pause for couple of days until it picks back at the end of the month in Canada has found another way to keep the world talking about her.
The theatrical character known as Gaga has unveiled a new music video for her song called “Alejandro” where she plays a semi-erotic semi-Disney queen.
Directed by photographer Steven Klein who is a faithful collaborator of Madonna revealed the clip for Alejandro which features a Gaga never seen before.
The singer appropriated religious symbols , she is sometimes dressed as a nun , Maleficent the dreaded Queen of The Sleeping Beauty by Walt Disney.
It appears that she was inspired by the futuristic world of Tim Burton mixed with the military environment for the scantily dressed dancers. She seriously paid homage to the Madonna of the 90s: we find her sexy tuxedo from Express Yourself and melee tenderly SM taken from Human Nature .

I love Lady Gaga this is the best video by far!!! <333
so unique and sexy, although the whole anti-religion thing was a little creepy.
Nothing but a Madonna rip off. It’s all been done before
Definitely a fun and engaging video (homage bits and all). Yppo commentator Meldi has it wrong: the futuristic elements are pure Terry Gilliam (who, no doubt, influenced some of Burtons flicks). And Awesome is wrong, too: the religious elements (along with the Reich and androgonous elements) are what make the video most interesting. Especially since organized religions (Catholics, Muslims, Baptists, you name it) are the bane of humankind, as it tries to finally move down the path toward maturity while entering the 21st century.
