Discovery Cove Kate Plus 8 – Last night, the new reality television show starring Kate Gosselin, Kate Plus 8, appeared on TLC. The amazing birthday episode turned out great, and many people were enticed by the Discovery Cove location that was shown int he episode. It looked like heaven on earth with all of the palm trees and exotic locations. The owners of the land are likely pleased that their attraction was featured in the reality show. The amusement park is very different from SeaWorld or any other type of amusement park.
This was the first birthday that Kate had celebrated for the kids without her ex husband Jon. Some inside sources have stated that Gosselin had a hard time throughout the filming, and needed to take several breaks to collect herself. The owners of Discovery Cove contacted Kate by email, and said that they would love to have the family there for a special birthday celebration. Kate was joined by her best friend Kate for the trip. The Cove brought a number of different special individuals in to ensure that the day went as well as originally planned.
The kids had a number of problems as well, including Alexis getting sick with a stomach bug and missing out on the first day of the celebrations. The kids got to feed a bunch of different wild life including exotic birds, dolphins and sting rays. Kate even got to ride a dolphin around the pool. It looked as it it were a fun time, and the kids certainly enjoyed themselves throughout their time at Discovery Cove.
