Lee DeWyze Wins American Idol 2010 – Lee DeWyze wins American Idol season 9 is the surprising headline in the TV world this Wednesday night. Most fans and TV critics expected Crystal Bowersox, to win but the public decided otherwise. 2% was the difference between winning and losing on American Idol 2010 season finale. Simon Cowell the ‘Idol’ judge known for his supposed meanness and who will be leaving the show, got a little emotional, here is what he said:
“I didn’t think I was going to be this emotional and I genuinely am. … Everybody asks who’s going to replace me, who going to be the next judge. The truth is you guys are the judge of this show and you’ve done an incredible job over the years.”
Previous winners of the hit TV show, Kelly Clarkson, Ruben Studdard, Fantasia Barrino, Carrie Underwood, Jordin Sparks, Taylor Hicks, Kris Allen all appeared on the finale along with former judge Paula Abdul.
