Robert Pattinson Broadway?

Robert Pattinson Broadway? – Robert Pattinson, the star of the “Twilight” movies, is reportedly heading toward Broadway soon. He may be the king of the box office at the moment, but that doesn’t mean that is where he would like to stay for the rest of his career. Pattinson, who is currently filming the upcoming movie “Water for Elephants,” in which he will star alongside Reese Witherspoon, recently had his reps announce that he would consider doing a live stage performance in the near future.
“State work is something that I want to do as soon as I get a window. It’s what I trained to do and what I really miss.”

Actors moving back to the stage has been an ongoing trend in today’s Hollywood. As the salaries continue to climb, it seems that more stars have become satisfied with their living conditions and have opted to go back to performing in front of live crowds.
“I am open to any offers play-wise for here or Broadway.” Pattinson said.

He went on to say that he feels happy with the current trajectory of his career, but would enjoy doing more stage work in the future. Recently, a plethora of other actors including Tom Hanks have taken back to the stage. Many of them report that they just enjoy the pressure that acting live in front of an audience puts on an actor. The stage show does differ greatly from the style of acting that is portrayed in movies.
