Carrie Underwood Play On Tour Dates Added

April 25, 2010 by · Leave a Comment

Carrie Underwood Play On Tour Dates Added – Carrie Underwood beat her competitors and took home the Country Music Entertainer of the Year award at the AMC recently. Everyone was expecting Taylor Swift to come back with something but she fell short in all four categories she was looking to win. Underwood however is moving forward rather progressively and has added more dates to her Play On tour. The tour is now expected to run all the way until Christmas. Billy Currington is said to be replacing Craig Morgan with the supporting act on the second half of the tour. Carrie Underwood has also announced that she is going to take 36 cents from every ticket that is sold and donate the money to the Save the Children’s United States Programs. 36 cents is a reference to one of her songs known as “Change.” that she sang on Wednesday’s Idol Gives Back.

Carrie also sung a very popular Brooks and Dunn song that has been a hit. She performed Neon Moon in front of thousands at the Las Vegas ACM Presents: Brooks and Dunn show. The show was broadcast by The Last Radeo and was made as a special tribute to the country duo who told everyone that they are going to be separating at the end of their 2010 tour. The news has been very unexpected and it will be a sad sight to see them go. Jennifer Hudson was the other singer who contributed her part to the concert, she song a version of Believe that left Faith Hill and many others actually in tears by the end of the song.
