Survivor Producer Arrested

Survivor Producer Arrested – A former producer from the popular television series Survivor was recently arrested. Bruce Beresford-Redman, the producer in question, is being held as a suspect in the death of his wife, Monica. The couple went for an extended vacation in Cancun. Unfortunately, before their trip could come to a close Monica’s body was discovered in a sewer. Beresford-Redman claims that his wife had gone out to do some shopping on Monday night, and never returned to their room. He did file a missing persons report, and the police had been searching for Monica since the incident was reported. Shortly after her body was discovered, Beresford-Redman was taken into custody by Mexican police while the incident could be properly investigated. Eyewitnesses have said that the couple were seen arguing earlier in the night.
The cause of death in this incident has not yet been determined. Beresford-Redman is currently being held until detectives have a clearer picture of exactly what happened to Monica on that night. A security guard from the resort that the two were staying at has said that he saw the couple arguing during their stay. He also went on to say that he had seen Beresford-Redman try to strike Monica on the same day that she left to go shopping and never returned. It is reported that Monica left her phone in the hotel room when she went shopping, which is out of the ordinary considering she was visiting a strange place.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s department has stated that they believe foul play was involved in the death. Representatives for Beresford-Redman have not yet commented on the incident.
The women had a number of scratches and scrapes on her body that suggested that she may have been in a physical altercation before she was killed. Reports of the incident suggest that Monica Beresford-Redman may have been strangled.
