Michael Lohan Kate Major Engaged? – Lindsay Lohan’s dad, Michael Lohan is reportedly engaged to Kate Major, who was previously linked to Jon Gosselin. Currently, there is no date that has been set for the wedding, but Michael has stated that after talking to some bridesmaids he believes that the wedding will be in New York toward the end of the year. Kate Major is only 27 years old, and is much younger than Michael Lohan who is 49 about to turn 50. She brought Lohan to her parents house, specifically to meet her father over the Easter weekend. Major stated that Lohan went to her father in order to ask for his blessing, and her father did give Michael his blessing.
He would later tell PEOPLE magazine that he was “ecstatic” and that he has “never met anyone who’s been there for me like Kate. She’s always been there for me. The one thing about Kate is that she doesn’t come with baggage.” When asked about the age difference between the two of them, Major responded by saying that the age difference has “never been an issue.”
Lohan has made news recently when he stated to paparazzi that he believed that his daughter Lindsay needed to receive professional help for an apparent drug addiction that she has been struggling with. Lindsay has attended rehab clinics on several different occasions but has continued to struggle with reported drug addiction problems and is often found by photographers to be out in Hollywood partying. Lindsay has yet to comment on her new step mother, and representatives for her have not made any statements. When asked who would be doing the majority of the planning for the wedding, Michael Lohan responded by saying “It’s up to Kate!”
what a shamm michael must be really off his rocker if one cannot see it she is after his money to me its disgusting lindsay is 23 yrs old michael should be ashamed of himself going with someone 3 yrs older than his daughter like i say this major is nothing more than a gold digger no wonder lindsay wanted to be sick
this majot will destroy michael ruin him take all his money off him next he gets a heartache think it will just about finish him off thought he had more sense than that still sometimes we can be wrong i feel sorry for linds can imagine what she is going through poor kid she has had enough in her life these last couple of yrs with the family lets hope michael sees sense before its too late she wildestroy the guy just watch this space and you will see him get destroyed.
Bottom line is who gives a flip about these two people? Maybe they’ll get together and end up destroying each other. He’s a loser of a father and a husband and she’s a gold digger and sounds like she just wants to be around ‘stars’, though what she’ll get from him, who knows. Sounds like he’s broke too.
