Tiger Woods Augusta National Golf Club Return – It’s been no secret that Tiger’s return to the golf course would be big news. A store with an ideal outlook over the fence of Augusta National Golf Club toward the practice tees has become prime real estate for cameramen who are looking for the perfect shot of Tiger taking some practice swings. However, the owner of the store has decided not to rent his roof to cameramen, because it “wasn’t worth the hassle.”
Many media personnel will not be given access to the tournament itself, and instead will be outside of the gates waiting to get the scoop on the latest happenings of the tournament. The executive producer of TMZ.com said on the TODAY show that he feels that Tiger’s return to the course will create “pandemonium.” The mayor of Augusta, Deke Copenhaver, stated that he has already received several calls from reporters that have asked him to give his opinion on golf’s most popular front man returning to the golf course. He went on to say that he has received calls from publications as large as People Magazine.
