John Edwards’ Mistress Rielle Hunter Tells All

John Edwards has been the center of controversy for several years now. After his affair was reported on by Enquirer, and ignored by the general public because they are not viewed as a credible news source by most, Edwards had his world come crashing down when the New York Post got wind of his affair with a former staff member. It was even rumored that Edward’s had fathered a child with his mistress, even though those reports were denied by Edwards and everyone in his camp.
His mistress, Rielle Hunter has been especially open about her relationship with John Edwards’ in recent weeks and months. She has recently said that she believes her relationship with Edwards’ may “just be beginning”, and that the two of them “love each other very much.” This comes as a bit of a shock to media outlets, because the two of them have kept a very tight lip about their relationship since the news first broke.
Rielle, in an interview with GQ magazine, revealed much about their relationship. In her interview, she said that she believed her and Edwards would be together forever, and that they were meant for each other. Individuals in Edwards’ camp replied by saying that Rielle had “tapped into an army of well-paid lawyers”, and hinted that perhaps she should not be trusted at her word in matters as popular as this affair has become.
The Edwards’ camp said that they are trying to move on from the incident that may have permanently tarnished the reputation of the man who was attempting to become the president of the United States just a few years ago. It is not clear at this time if Edwards’ and Rielle are in fact still together, as there has been no comment on this matter from the Edwards’ camp.
